It is crucial that the shorter messages an institution sends out on a regular basis to its employees be as well written and readable as its other communications. Over the length of our relationship with Clairol, we regularly drafted a wide variety of direct communications between management and employees, including voice mail talking points and desk-drop letters. During the recent acquisition of Clairol by Procter & Gamble, we drafted letters from the outgoing CEO and the incoming President and contributed to directed brochures explaining aspects of the transition to employees.
